Come with me for a pregnancy float at 36 weeks 🤍💙

This was exactly what my body needed. Floating has been amazing for helping with all the aches, cramps and pressure that comes with the third trimester. Before my float I had a pregnancy-safe herbal tea, then settled in with a pool noodle for extra support.

I even slept through most of the float! 😴 It was such a nice chance to completely switch off and spend some quiet time with bub.
