On Sunday a few of our own took on the Hawkesbury Trail Runners Burralow Bush Run, an event we absolutely love at GWH! 🏃‍♂️👏🏼🌿

A whopping 34km for Adam and Rob and 16km for Tommy & Katey! And a special mention to Jen who still showed up and supported, despite the broken toe😅

As prize sponsors again this year and as competitors giving it a go - it was an excellent day running through the sunny, Bilpin bush! We look forward to this one each year👌🏼

If you’re looking to challenge yourself (and surprise yourself by how much fun you can have), give this one a go next year! ….and then come see us for some post-race TLC. Despite the smiles, we all needed some come Monday🤪

Happy International Women’s Day💙

International Women’s Day is about recognising and celebrating the incredible contributions women make in our communities, workplaces and everyday lives. Today we’re proud to celebrate the amazing women of our clinic.

From Physiotherapy, to Remedial Massage to Podiatry and the friendly faces on reception, these women support our patients and each other every single day. They also help keep our community moving through seniors exercise classes and yoga, encouraging people of all ages to stay active, strong and healthy.

Their care, dedication and energy are a huge part of what makes our clinic such a special place for both our team and our patients 💙
