Did you know Jenn & Jess are BOTH twin mums?

Two nurses, two sets of twins and one business… because apparently we didn’t have enough going on already 😂

We figured if we can survive twins surely we can survive starting a business together!

Turns out the twin-mum skill set comes in pretty handy at Clinacare too; multitasking, problem solving, staying calm in the chaos and expecting the unexpected.

5 signs it might be time to get a community nurse involved ✨

Sometimes people don’t realise they need extra support until things have already started getting harder. It might be a wound that isn’t healing, medications becoming difficult to manage, more falls, new continence concerns or frequent trips to the ED.

Getting the right nursing support early can help pick up changes sooner, manage ongoing health needs and support someone to stay safe and independent at home.

Jess is one of the nurses behind Clinacare and brings experience from working across metropolitan, regional and remote areas of Queensland.

Ask Jess what she loves most about nursing, and she’ll tell you it’s being able to help people through some of their most challenging times of their lives. She finds it incredibly rewarding to care for people when they’re at their sickest and to play a pivotal part in helping them recover.

Outside of nursing, Jess is a busy mum of three boys. She understands the importance of family and brings the same warmth, kindness and genuine approach to every person she meets.
