All of these things can be incredible tools ✨

But when we use them as a band-aid instead of getting curious about what’s contributing to the problem, the underlying issue can keep showing up in other ways.

The boundaries you keep bending start chipping away at the little energy you have left for yourself.

The supplements you rely on can’t compensate for a diet that’s missing the nourishment your body needs.

The endless scrolling, hoping to feel seen, heard or understood, can leave you feeling even more disconnected & questioning your own worth.

The constant pushing through eventually becomes harder to sustain. Everything starts to feel heavier, and the life you’re trying so hard to keep on top of starts to feel like too much.

And even when medication is helping, ongoing headaches, tension through your head and neck, or that feeling of being completely depleted can be a reminder that there may be other things worth exploring, too.

This isn’t about throwing out the tools. It’s about looking at the bigger picture.

You can smudge your space and work on your boundaries.

Take your supplements and nourish your body.

Enjoy social media and invest in real connection.

Use your calendar and honour your capacity.

Seek medical support and explore the stressors that might be contributing to how you feel.

You don’t have to choose one or the other.

Sometimes, the most supportive thing you can do is stop asking, “What else can I do?” and start asking, “What is this actually asking of me?”

That’s where getting curious about the underlying patterns can begin 🩷

Feng Shui is woven through my home in simple little tasks and rituals that I use each day.
Today I thought I would share the one that got me to stop using just my one faaaaave burner every single day 🤭

Are you a serial one burner user too?

That 94% drop did not happen because of ceremony. It happened because of chemistry. Sage leaves are packed with volatile oils — sharp, fast-moving compounds that float into the air the moment the plant starts to burn. When those particles collide with a bacterial cell, they punch through its outer shell. Without that shell, the cell falls apart. What is wild is the staying power. In that same test, the air remained mostly cleared for a full 24 hours after the smoke settled. One hour of burning. One full day of aftermath. That is not a coincidence — it is the plant doing something it has been doing long before humans figured out it smelled good. Some of the same oils found in sage smoke also appear in pine, rosemary, and thyme. Plants did not develop these chemicals for human benefit. They made them for survival — to fight off microbes, insects, and competing plants. Humans just learned to strike a match and borrow the effect. Ancient cultures on nearly every continent used smoke from aromatic plants in spaces where people gathered, healed, or prepared food. They had no microscopes. They had pattern recognition. The ritual was always the science. It just did not have a name yet. The oldest medicine cabinet was always on fire. [Z7B79]

“But what should I book in for?”

Would have to be THE most common thing I get asked when people want to come and see me for a session!

So I thought I’d simplify it a little bit for those who aren’t sure.

Kinesiology = setting up the session by looking at the emotional stress you want to clear, and how you want to feel without all the stuff you’re carrying.

Bringing conscious awareness to the stuff we’re clearing, drawing on the common threads & ah-ha moments that come through the session, and using remedies such as acupressure points, essential oils, crystals, nature’s healing chi, herb & flower essences.

Energy Balancing = a more gentle approach to relaxing & balancing the body.

Focusing on clearing your energy of stagnancy, blocks & disharmony through Reiki & energy healing, with the use of remedies and intuitively guided energy.

I hope this helps but always, reach out with any questions 🫶🏻

Are you the high achieving healer? Constantly looking for the next thing to help “fix” this season? 🤍

Yeah, I still lean on this part of me a little more than I’d like to too!

I see this quite often in my sessions…

Someone walks in ready for kinesiology, ready to uncover, release, understand and “do the work”.

And sometimes what I feel their body is asking for isn’t another thing to process.

It’s permission to pause.

To soften.

To receive.

Because healing isn’t just about releasing what no longer serves us, it’s also about allowing our body time to integrate, settle and feel safe with the changes we’ve already made.

There are seasons for awareness and there are seasons for rest.

Sometimes the most supportive thing we can do is stop searching for what needs fixing and simply allow ourselves to be held.

This is where I love energy balancing. Creating a space where you don’t have to analyse, figure everything out or try harder.

You can simply breathe, receive and reconnect with yourself. ✨

These sessions can be booked for 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Head to my profile for the “Book Now” button 🫶🏻

After much thought and consideration, I’ve decided there will be a small price increase to my services from the new financial year.

This is something I reflect on each year as my business continues to grow and evolve, allowing me to further refine my skills, offerings, and the care I provide to my clients, as well as continue investing in the beautiful remedies, tools, and sacred space I intentionally create to support your healing journey.

Any bookings made before 1st July will be honoured at the current pricing. From 1st July, session prices will increase by $10.

If you would like to purchase a prepaid bundle of 3 sessions at the current pricing before the increase, please reach out and I’d be happy to organise this for you 😊

Thank you so much for your continued support, trust, and loyalty. It is truly an honour to support your emotional, spiritual, and physical wellbeing through the work I do.
