🌊 Immediate Tuesday Availability at New Tide Psychology – Highett
I’m excited to share that I’ve opened up additional Tuesday psychology sessions at my lovely consulting room in Highett.
By way of introduction, I’m Dr Ashley Dunne, a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist with over 10 years’ experience working across hospital, community, forensic, and private practice settings. I have a special interest in supporting clients with OCD and anxiety-related disorders, and extensive experience helping people navigate depression, grief and loss, perinatal challenges, relationship difficulties, trauma and PTSD, and personality disorders.
I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches — including CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) — to provide thoughtful, compassionate care tailored to each individual.
Sessions are available in person in Highett or via telehealth anywhere in Australia.
