Today, 26 July, marks the very first International Ambulance Wish Day, an initiative by Stichting Ambulance Wens Nederland, founded by Kees Veldboer Sr. in memory of his belief that everyone deserves the chance to make one more special memory, no matter how limited their time.

Here in South Australia, Ambulance Wish SA carries that belief forward. Today, we celebrate being part of a movement that spans the globe, united by one dream.

The Ambulance Wish SA program is seeking a compassionate and highly organised Ambulance Wish SA Coordinator to oversee the planning, dispatch and coordination of our wish fulfilment program, helping people living with life-limiting illnesses achieve their last wish and create lasting memories with loved ones.

Position Details
📍 Adelaide (Eastwood)
🕒 Ongoing, Part-Time (0.6FTE)
📅 3 days per week (Monday and Thursday compulsory)

This is a unique opportunity to combine your healthcare experience with a role that delivers quality palliative care and connection when it matters most.

We're the featured charity at Yo-Chi Gouger St until 30 September, part of their Communi-Chi program! 🍧

Naomi visited Monarto Safari Park with her family for a Lion 360 experience, watching the lions eat, play and climb all around them inside the viewing dome. Surrounded by her loved ones, it was a day filled with joy and memories that will last forever for Naomi and her family.
