After a long hiatus of tending to my own inner garden, it feels joyous to share that Woven has found a new space to call home and as such, I will be offering sessions again from the 26th of June 🌹

Thank you to everyone for your patience as I took this much needed time for myself and I apologise to all who have reached out for sessions and to whom I have not responded to. Over the last few months I have been tending to my phone as little as humanly possible, which has been beautiful yet no doubt frustrating for those who have attempted to contact me.

This is my new page, very similar to the original version, yet I no longer have access to the original since being banned from Facebook last year for reasons unbeknown to me! So please, unfollow the old page and jump on here instead 😊

My offerings have expanded again with the new space, it being much more roomy and potential filled than the old space was. A mirror of my own internal spaces no doubt ❤️

I am now offering alongside my An Mo Massage, Sensual Embodiment sessions for women and couples, Somatic Experiencing Sessions and workshops so stay tuned for what is unveiling 🌹

What to expect during an An Mo Massage…

When you enter the room for your An Mo experience you will be greeted by an atmosphere of peaceful nurture and love. Your senses are immediately engaged by soft candlelight, gentle aromas and soothing instrumentals. You will be welcomed in to take a seat where we will share a tea to allow your nervous system to unwind and your body to drop deeply into the present moment. At this time I will share a little on Ta***ic philosophy and what you may expect to experience during your session. This is an opportunity for you to speak your intentions for your massage journey and to communicate boundaries and needs.

The session will begin with some gentle breath work, inviting you deeper into an embodied state. I will teach some simple techniques that will assist you in circulating energy through the body in order to get the most out of your experience. I will then leave the space to allow you to get undressed and make yourself comfortable on the massage table. An Mo is traditionally performed naked as it is a full body massage that utilises long strokes travelling along the meridians and the use of towels or partial clothing can hinder this flow. It is also essential however that you feel comfortable and relaxed so a modesty towel can be used if this is your preference.

As I re-enter the room we will take a few moments together to drop into the sacred space we are opening together and to release any tensions or thoughts that will inhibit your ability to fully receive the deep nurture and healing of An Mo.

Next, I will use natural props such as silks, feathers and breath to gently awaken the receptivity of your skin and senses. Warmed organic coconut oil will be slowly drizzled over your body and massaged gently into the skin. Starting at your feet I will begin the massage, working my way up through the meridians and into the heart, moving stagnant Chi and Ching energy for deep healing and nurturing. There is a play with pressure, sometimes quite firm and sometimes feather light to coax the energy through the body.

From your stomach you will roll onto your side and from this place we will release stagnant energy from the womb/hara with a technique known as the ‘rebirth’.

The massage finishes on your back, with oil drizzled over your skin once more. Here I will invite a breath practice to draw Ching energy up into the heart space before returning to the feet and working my way back up the full body, finishing at your heart where we complete with a loving, heart opening meditation to help integrate the energy you have just cultivated and moved.

At the completion of the massage, you are invited to remain on the table for as long as you need to absorb the fullness of what you have received while I hold a loving and present space for you.

As you come back into your everyday consciousness I assist you in grounding back into your body before giving you space to dress. I am always available to hold space after a session if anything arises that you would like to share or process, or alternatively you are free to take your own time just to sit in the space and be with what comes alive in your inner realms.

I recommend that after your session you carve out some gentle time for yourself to integrate and try to avoid too much stimulation so you may receive the full benefit of the experience. During the massage we are moving energy that has perhaps been stagnant for some time, so you may experience some emotion moving either during or after a session. This is completely appropriate response in the body and gentleness is a beautiful offering to yourself as you allow the release.

~What is An Mo Massage~

The An Mo Massage is an ancient massage technique from the Daoist Ta***ic tradition. It is an amazing pressing and rubbing technique for deep relaxation and connection with your own sacred energy source.

During the massage, heat and movement of life force energy (Qi) increases as well as blood flow which stimulates s~xual energy (Ching) which then moves and flows through the meridians causing the spirit (Shen) to awaken.

In the Daoist tradition Ching (our s~xual energy) is likened to being our own personal elixir, bringing us health and vitality. Most of the time however, because the vast majority of us have not been taught the potential of this energy, we confine its use to the lower centres of the body without ever realising the power it holds for us when moved into the higher energetic centres of the body.

Ta***ic touch goes beyond just the physical enjoyment to the deepest healing power of love. It is known that we have approximately 62 trillion cells in the human body and the teachings of Ta**ra believe that every cell has a divine consciousness, a superior intelligence. When the cells receive unconditional love, they vibrate, pulsate, and rejuvenate with nourishment, energy and vitality.

The An Mo massage is deeply nourishing and heart opening and will leave every cell of your body pulsating with deep love and vitality.
