Support That Truly Goes Above & Beyond!

At Above & Beyond Disabilities, we understand support because we live it. As parents to Bailey, who is autistic and has ADHD, Hayley and Stuart know firsthand how important the right care is for the child and the family.

That’s why they created a service built on empathy, structure, and genuine connection.

What We Offer
• Personalised support tailored to each individual
• Family centred care that strengthens the whole household
• Respectful communication every step of the way
• Reliable routines that help clients feel safe and confident
• Community engagement to build independence and connection

Why Families Trust Us
Hayley and Stuart brings calm, compassion, trust, structure, reliability, and strong community values. Together, they deliver support that is consistent, professional, and truly life changing.
Families feel lighter. Children thrive. Parents feel understood.

Jax and Stuart went for a bike ride to the park today, and Jax was flying up the hills and zooming back down so fast it made him giggle. Once they got home, the fun kept going, playdough creations out the back and plenty of bouncing on the trampoline. Just a simple, happy day together.

Jax and Stuart turned the lounge room into a full construction zone today, building the biggest cubby house they could manage. Jax was absolutely loving it, especially the part where he got to knock it down with full excitement.

After the cubby came down, they headed into Jax’s room with the magnetic blocks and built a couple of tall towers. He was so proud of them… right up until it was time to smash those too. Then it was outside for playdough, a good run around the yard, even though it was cold Jax was determined to have some time outside. Just one of those simple, happy days that fills your cup.

The sun was out today, Roy and Stuart made the most of it with a little walk after breakfast. Nothing too fancy, just that perfect mix of fresh air, blue sky and a moment to slow down. Funny how a simple wander can lift the whole mood ☀️

Autistic children are like flowers that bloom in their own season. They may open more slowly, more quietly, but when they do, their colours are deep, vivid, and unforgettable. Their timing isn’t late, it’s uniquely theirs.

Yesterday Stuart picked Jax up from kinder and headed home for some fun. Stuart and Jax went straight into hide and seek, with Jax giggling so loud he gave away every hiding spot. Then it was magnetic block towers and truck adventures across the lounge room. Just a simple, happy afternoon at home with Jax.

Meet Jax — our newest little adventurer 🌟

This week we welcomed a brand‑new participant, and we couldn’t be more excited to introduce Jax, a bright, energetic 2½‑year‑old autistic boy with a huge love for bikes, skate parks, big adventures and more.

Jax brings a spark with him wherever he goes. He’s curious, brave, and always ready to explore something new. Whether he’s zooming around on his bike, watching the big kids at the skate park, or heading out on a mini adventure, he jumps in with a sense of joy that’s contagious.

We’re thrilled to have him join us and can’t wait to support his growth, confidence, and love for movement. Here’s to new beginnings, new friendships, and plenty of fun ahead.

Welcome to the crew, Jax 💛
