The smallest changes in mindset can have enormous effects on the world at large.

The smallest seeds can grow a forest and create an entirely new eco system!

The same can be said for us: changes in our thoughts and self-talk can make a huge difference on the world around us.

For example: if you're like me and hate putting petrol in the car and grumble about fuel prices and traffic making you use more fuel than you need to, how about changing your thinking too being grateful to have the money to put fuel in the car; being grateful for having the car.

Simple things like this change your energy field, and in turn make others respond to you in more positive ways and in turn they feel better about things and they then pass on the good vibes.
