Went to Speedfit Kotara this week to give two of their lovely clients an infusion. Once that was completed, the boss lady at Speedfit Kotara said “great your turn to train”….. my response “100% let’s do this but you are jumping in too” 🤣 what a legend this team are 💜

Yearly CPR completed this morning….. hopefully I won’t need to use it 😬 attended the course through Business Wise First Aid Training based in Hamilton. Great trainer and all courses are run by paramedics and nurses.
