On Tuesday 14th July, Your Family Practice will be going through our Accreditation Survey. This ensures we provide quality health care in accordance with the Standards. Between 12.30pm and 3.30pm. We welcome this audit and training experience for all staff especially our new staff and doctors who have not gone through the process before.
