It was so good when my client is getting stronger and asked me to increase the weight 😄

I was at a home visit for a lady with arthritis everywhere
It has been a long battle, against the coldness weather humidity motivation mood... Etc. too many
But, we pushed through

Today, at the beginning of the session , because of the cold weather, she had soreness in both hands and wrists
And we got to the rowing, pushing and pulling using a theraloop.
When we were in the theraloop she said "I want stronger resistance"
YEAH!!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Love that!!

And not just this, she can now walk better and being able to do her grocery shopping!

Big thanks to Angela and the team for having us. It was great to connect and see firsthand the amazing work you’ve been doing in the South-West Sydney community. You can really feel the heart behind what you do.

We loved learning more about your programs, from Hub Harvest 🍉 to music therapy 🥁, creative arts 🎨 and all the hands-on activities that support independence and bring people together. It’s clear Anowah is all about creating a space where everyone feels safe, supported, and valued.

As Director of HTC Rehab, I’m always grateful to be part of spaces like the South West Sydney Support Coordinators Network where providers, support coordinators, and community services come together with one shared goal — delivering better outcomes for NDIS participants across our community. 💜

Last week at Lurnea Community Hub, it was wonderful connecting with so many passionate professionals and hearing important updates from the NDIA and the NSW Ageing and Disability Commission.

A special mention as well to Iris from Alongsiders and the amazing team at Nurse Next Door Macarthur. Building strong connections with like-minded providers who genuinely care about participant wellbeing is such an important part of strengthening support within the NDIS sector.

Collaboration across allied health, support coordination, in-home care, and community services continues to make a meaningful impact for participants, families, and carers throughout South West Sydney. Looking forward to more conversations, partnerships, and shared commitment to person-centred care. 🤝

87 years young, and has had a tough run with falls and difficulty getting up from a chair.
But today? Absolutely flying 🙌

So proud of the progress and the resilience shown every step of the way. It’s moments like these that remind us why we do what we do.

Great catching up with Shannon from last week 🤝

We love working alongside other allied health and exercise professionals who genuinely care about supporting clients through every stage of their journey.

While their team focuses on gym-based Exercise Physiology, we’re more community based supporting clients at home, in schools, and out in the community where they feel most comfortable.

We can still work with clients when they’re unwell, help with OT assessments, recommend the right equipment and support everyday function and independence.

And when clients are ready to step things up with more structured gym-based training and conditioning, we know they’ll be in great hands with these guys 🙌

It’s all about working together to get the best outcomes for clients 💙
