Body in Sync is experiencing an unexpected build up of snow and ice and has unfortunately had to close until things thaw out. A couple of Tanks on an adventure to Mt Mee north of Brisbane. A few obstacles for Tarryn and Sheryl on their first 4WD outing and a beautiful day for a dip at Rocky Hole. Stop off on the way home at Dayboro Crown Hotel for a pub lunch and beer.

On Anzac Day weekend I will be joining my team mates at CrossFit IB - Iron Barbell to do the 24 Hours of Heroes fundraiser. In teams of 6 we will complete a Crossfit Hero WOD on the hour every hour for 24 hours.
All money raised is donated directly to charity partners, Wounded Heroes Australia and RSA New Zealand.
