🌑✨ Cancer New Moon ✨🌑

The Cancer New Moon reaches its peak tomorrow evening, Tuesday 14th July, but we are already feeling its gentle energy as it builds.

For myself, I know I've had so many emotions surfacing lately. With everything that's been happening in my life, this New Moon has been a beautiful reminder that healing isn't always found in the big moments... it's often found in the quiet ones.

For me, that has meant intentionally making space to slow down. Over the past week, I've attended two beautiful sound healings, and they've reminded me just how important it is to stop, breathe, receive, and allow ourselves to be held. Sometimes we become so busy looking after everyone else that we forget to nurture ourselves.

Whether it's 5am before the world wakes, midnight when everything is still, or even the sacred 3am witching hour, give yourself permission to simply be.

Wrap yourself in a cosy blanket, light a candle, make yourself a nourishing cup of tea, hold your favourite crystal, journal your thoughts, sit beneath the Moon, listen to a beautiful sound healing, or simply breathe. Find whatever gently brings your soul back to centre.

Cancer is the great nurturer. She reminds us to come home to ourselves, to honour our emotions instead of running from them, and to trust our intuition even when the path ahead isn't completely clear.

As this Cancer New Moon arrives, ask yourself:

✨ What do I want to nurture?
✨ What intentions am I planting for the months ahead?
✨ How can I show myself more love and compassion?

Write your intentions as though they have already happened. Feel them. Believe them. Trust that the Universe is already working behind the scenes.
