From time to time I also offer additional appointments from my home clinic for clients who:
• don't mind my kids being home
• need to bring their own children
• simply need an appointment outside my usual hours.

✨ Yesterday I had the opportunity to experience a treatment at Kneads Balance in their beautiful new space.

As therapists, I truly believe it's important to invest in our own wellbeing too.

We spend our days caring for others, and sometimes our own bodies remind us it's time to hop on the table ourselves. 😅
