A good Support Coordinator: β
Checks in regularly β they don't disappear until your next plan review β
Helps you switch providers if one isn't the right fit β
Knows what's available in YOUR community, not just NDIS providers β
Helps you build the skills to manage your own supports over time
If your support coordinator isn't doing these things, you have the right to choose someone else. This is your plan, your funding, your choice.
Know your rights. Ask questions. Expect more.
