What a day! ☀️

Claudia and I spent the day at Hunter Valley Zoo and it was nothing short of amazing 🐒🦒 From walking around and exploring to sharing plenty of laughs, it was one of those days that just fills your cup.

The best part? We stayed active the entire time without it even feeling like exercise.

It’s a good reminder that keeping fit doesn’t always have to mean hitting the gym. It can be as simple as getting outdoors, moving your body, and enjoying new experiences.

Seeing Claudia so happy, engaged, and living in the moment is what makes days like this so special 💛

Friday night was a big one for Jye! 🏉

Jye headed to watch the Rabbitohs vs Roosters game with Bryng, and it was such a great experience to be part of. Seeing Jye surrounded by fellow supporters and cheering on his team with so much excitement was awesome. The atmosphere, the energy, and the smiles said it all.

One of the biggest highlights of the night was watching Jye’s reaction when Alex Johnston made history by scoring his 213th try and becoming the all-time leading try scorer in NRL history. Seeing his face light up in that moment was something really special!

Moments like this are what it’s all about. Getting out into the community, sharing experiences, and creating memories. A great night all around! 🔴🟢

Am I proud?
Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Week after week, Ruby shows up.
Week after week, she pushes past her limits.
Week after week, she sets bigger and better goals.

The consistency she shows is incredible and it’s paying off in strength, confidence, and growth every single session.

Being a PT is one thing, but being a PT in the NDIS space is a whole different feeling.
I get to watch confidence build, independence grow, and be a small part of some truly amazing journeys.

So proud of you, Ruby.
Keep showing up, keep pushing, and keep proving to yourself just how capable you are 💪✨

Trainer vs Client 💪🔥

Safe to say Miss Ruby keeps me on my toes every single week! We smashed out a solid gym session, then hit the fields for a few laps… which somehow turned into a full-blown game of “who can catch who.”

Cardio? ✔️
Speed work? ✔️
Unexpected sprint session? Also ✔️

Wouldn’t have it any other way 👊✨

Supported Holidays done right ✈️✨

During the school holidays, Mick and Jye headed off to Queensland for a supported getaway and what a trip it was!

From big days at Sea World and Movie World, to train spotting (a huge highlight!) and soaking up the atmosphere at Suncorp Stadium, the week was packed with fun, adventure and new memories.

By the final day, Jye was happily exhausted, tired, buzzing with excitement, and more than ready to head home for some well earned rest after an amazing holiday.

Huge shoutout to Mick for his incredible support, to Jye for embracing every moment and to mum for trusting the SAS team look after your son on a holiday. These are the experiences that make supported holidays so special 💙
