I’m heading over to the Grampians, again, June 8 and 9 to participate in the challenging and picturesque 80k, two day hike over the Grampians.
Our team needs one more participant.
You don’t have to do the entire course as it is organised in stages…but it is extremely satisfying when you do finish the entire course. Ours is one of the teams that keeps a comfortable pace…we chat, take photos and watch the serious pro teams run past us and finish the course in one day.

The Dunkeld caravan park is a nice spot to stay for the weekend.

Want to move beyond digital and photograph and print your mushroom in analogue…?

The aim of the course is to provide participants with a basic foundation in darkroom techniques so that they feel confident to undertake their own film development and/or printing.

Very annoyed by these amateur mushroom foragers selling SMC’s and SJ’s for as low as $10 a kilo.

Folks, farmed mushrooms sell for $90 or more per kilo at the supermarket…and require less physical work and less travel to find. If you are selling them for less than $40 kilo you are ripping off every hard working pro forager!

Dried scrap mushroom’s shipped from Europe sell for hundreds of dollars per kilo in Woolworths.

Please stop undervaluing and undercutting the professional foragers who pay insurance and tax and are trying to make a living each week for a few months of the year.
