You’re already “Summer ready” girlfriend, exactly as you are.

The world (especially the online one) will try to convince you otherwise. That first you need to buy the latest diet pill or beauty product or gym program 😕 or tone up, lose weight, gain weight, look younger, fit in with whatever the latest body trend is, before you can go to the beach…

You don’t.

You’ve got a body (an incredible one, who has done so much for you!!) and you are worthy of having the best Summer of your life as you are, right now.

Something that really helped me on my journey to healing my relationship with my body was starting to speak to her like a best friend. Instead of “it”, my body became “her”, something I could practice gratitude towards, speak about with love & compassion and start to see through a new lens ❤️‍🩹✨

And let me tell you, since growing and birthing nearly 3 little humans, that gratitude is greater than I ever thought possible.

I am truly in awe of this body.
Yes, the same body that I used to stand in front of the mirror and put down 😢 is now part of me that I see as being an actual miracle.

No matter what stage of life your body is at, no matter what she looks like, I hope you know that she is not the problem. The world’s just made you believe she is. She loves you and she’s your home for life 🥹🫶🏼

You know what my favourite part about working with young girls is?

Yes their excitement, their willingness to lean in, their enthusiasm to ask questions & join in on the powerful conversations…

But most of all, it’s how influential they are 💫

In their online world of social media, toxic messaging & beauty standards, this can be really 😣 hard 😣 for them to navigate and way too easy to be influenced in a negative way, but when WE (their real life role models) can teach them to know their worth, to see their bodies for how incredible they really are, to highlight their strengths & help them recognise their magic… it can be life changing for them 🥹

Our tweens & teens WANT to learn how to love themselves and their beautiful bodies, they just need the right guidance to get them there ✨
Please don’t ever underestimate YOUR influence on the young girls around you 🫶🏼🫶🏼
