In Practice, Dr. James uses a variety of chiropractic techniques, including Applied Kinesiology, Diversified manual adjusting, and incorporates some lower force treatment options such as Sacro-Occipital Technique, Activator and Soft Tissue Therapy. It has been James' experience over the years, that by utilising multiple techniques, he can provide a personalised and comfortable Chiropractic adjustment experience. He takes particular enjoyment from watching families achieve optimal health together, with the help of Chiropractic. On a personal note, James loves playing and writing music, going to see the Geelong Football Club play at Kardinia park, cooking, traveling and spending time with his wife Anne, sons Tom & Charlie and dog Buckley.
