Introducing 💫 Midlife Collective — a six-month community program offering affordable shared health consultations for Northern Beaches women navigating perimenopause. ⁠
⁠
Beginning in early November 2026, Western Herbal Medicine Practitioner and ASLM-Trained Facilitator Joanne Morgan will join Clinical Naturopath Marianne Edwards (BHSc, BEd) to facilitate six monthly 90-minute group sessions at Akasha. Joanne brings training in midlife health and perimenopause education, supporting structured group discussions and practical health education across areas including sleep, stress and metabolism.⁠

Marianne brings experience in natural medicine, adult health literacy and trauma-informed care, supporting program design, participant intake and co-facilitation. Each session will explore practical diet and lifestyle approaches across key areas of midlife health.⁠
⁠
🫂 Connection is central to the program — creating a supportive space for women to share experiences, learn together and build confidence in making sustainable lifestyle changes.⁠

To help keep the program accessible, each session includes three subsidised places at $45, plus one complimentary place for a woman supported by the Northern Beaches Women’s Shelter. Eligibility and availability apply. ⁠
