Aboriginal Ageing Well Research Improving the Health and Wellbeing of older Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians The research team is led by Dr Kate Smith.

The University of Western Australia's Indigenous Ageing Well Research team conduct collaborative health and wellbeing research with and for older Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians. Our team have extensive collaboration with The University of Western Australia’s Centre for Aboriginal Medical and Dental Health and the WA Centre for Healthy Ageing, Elders governance groups, The University of Melbourne, James Cook University's HART team and Aboriginal community-controlled health services, including Derbarl Yerrigan, Moorditj Koort and Derby Aboriginal Health Service, aged care services, Aboriginal communities around Australia.
