Zaymin Disability Services currently has SIL vacancies available for females in the Northern Suburbs.

We can offer different support arrangements depending on individual needs, including 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3 support.

Our focus is on making sure each person feels safe, respected, comfortable and supported in their new home. 💙

If you’re a participant, family member, Support Coordinator or know someone who may be looking for SIL, please get in touch with us. We’d be happy to organise a meet & greet, show you the home and have a chat about your support needs.

Community is at the heart of everything we do at Zaymin Disability Services.

This week our support worker took one of our participants to the Adelaide Showgrounds for a day full of rides, lights and laughter, with his family right there enjoying every moment alongside him. That kind of trust means everything to us, and it is what allows days like this to happen.

Sometimes a person may be smiling, but quietly struggling inside. Sometimes all they need is someone to notice, listen and remind them that they are not alone. 🤝

Had a wonderful time attending the event at Crowne Plaza and meeting some amazing people from our industry.

It was a great opportunity to connect, share experiences and learn from each other.

A big thank you to Rajat and the entire ezaango team for organising such a great event and for sharing your application and knowledge with us.

A special thank you to Andrew from Hope Circle and Benjamin from Living Disability. I truly appreciated you both taking the time to listen to the journey of Zaymin Disability Services, sharing your own experiences, and giving me some valuable tips and advice. It was great to have such genuine conversations and learn from people who understand the industry.

Some wins do not happen overnight. They happen one day at a time.

When Andrew first started his employment journey, the silence was hard. Application after application, and not a single response from any company. No calls back. No emails. Just quiet.

But Andrew did not stop. And he was not doing it alone.

Every day, our support worker Manohar sat with him, helped him refine his applications, prepared him for the process, and reminded him that consistency matters more than one bad week or one bad month.

Slowly, things started to shift. The silence turned into replies. The replies turned into real interest from employers. And now Andrew is getting genuine responses from companies who want to talk to him.

This is not just about finding a job. It is about showing up every single day, believing in someone even when the results are not visible yet, and building the kind of trust that makes real progress possible.

At Zaymin Disability Services, this is what our work looks like behind the scenes. Not big dramatic moments, but steady, everyday support that adds up to real change.

We get asked a lot what makes Zaymin different. Honestly? It's pretty simple.

We see you, not a plan number, not a diagnosis. Your goals are what we build around, not the other way round.

We are there for the small wins too. Learned a new skill, got through a tough week, tried something you were not sure about. We notice, and we celebrate it with you.

You will see the same faces. Support that feels familiar and trustworthy, not a rotating door of strangers.

And we come to you, home, out in the community, or wherever you are trying to get to next.

At the end of the day, support should not feel like a box being ticked. It should feel like someone's actually in your corner.

We're Hiring | Experienced Disability Support Worker

Zaymin Disability Services is looking for a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Disability Support Worker to join our growing team.

We are currently seeking support workers with experience in Day and Active Night Shifts who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Essential experience and skills:
✅ PEG Feeding (desirable)
✅ Personal Care & ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
✅ Medication Assistance
✅ Manual Handling & Hoist/Lifter Operations
✅ Active Night and Day Shift experience
✅ Strong communication and documentation skills

Essential requirements:
✔ Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Ageing or equivalent)
✔ Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
✔ National Police Check
✔ NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
✔ Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
✔ Manual Handling Certificate
✔ Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)

What a wonderful day at the Disability Expo Australia at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre💙
We had a great time meeting so many people, getting connected with participants, families, support coordinators, and other disability providers. It was an amazing experience to introduce Zaymin Disability Services and share what we do.

One of the most special moments for me was meeting some of my former students who have now opened their own disability businesses. It was such a proud and happy feeling. We spoke about our companies and had a nice laugh about how it is truly a small world with big dreams.

The event was full of positive conversations, new connections, learning opportunities, and even some fun with the raffle tickets.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to meet and chat with us. We would love to stay connected and continue supporting our community together.
