Together we run monthly Women’s Circles, retreats & workshops for women in Melbourne. We also have a podcast, write articles and do 1:1 life coaching, energy healing, card reading & health coaching sessions 🥰

❓Have you ever paused to view PERIMENOPAUSE through a different lens? 🧐

What if it isn’t something to fight against - but RATHER something to learn from? 🤔

➡️ So much of the conversation around this season of a woman’s life focuses on what’s going wrong 😩

• The symptoms
• The changes
• The discomfort

➡️ And while it’s important to seek support and honour what your body needs, perhaps there is another invitation here too 🫶

An invitation to slow down 😮‍💨
• To listen
• To soften
• To meet your body with curiosity rather than resistance.

🧎🏽‍♀️‍➡️Your body isn’t failing you 🙅‍♀️

➡️ It is doing exactly what it was designed to do 🥰

This transition can be challenging, yes.
But it can also be a profound journey into deeper self-awareness, wisdom and trust 🫶

✨ Fall into rhythm with it.
✨ Learn from it.
✨ Trust the wisdom of your body.

Have you ever sat in a Women’s Circle?
Honestly, until we started running these 5 years ago, either had we!! 😅

When the thought came to us, while we were literally sitting in the gutter of our street, having a glass of vino during lock down days… we had NO comprehension of JUST how important these monthly meet ups would become - to us - AND to the women who meet us there 🥰🫶💛

Every circle is different from the last. BUT each one has this magical way of flowing exactly where it needs to - allowing reflection, connection, grounding, relaxation & healing ❤️‍🩹

We will always remain grateful for this sacred space - and for what it provides us all. 🫶 We are able to PRESS PAUSE on the noise of our daily lives and share stories, wisdom, love, respect and a collective knowing that when we work on ourselves - it benefits those in our orbit as well as in the world around us 🌏

WE’RE BACK BABY!! 😝🎙️🤩🎤🫶👯‍♀️

We’ve been “off” the airwaves for the past 9 months… perhaps re-birthing our authentic selves!! 😅😂

It’s been a while.
A LOT has been going on 😳

But in true Anna & Kelly style - we’re still here for the journey - the love, laughs, messiness, connections and all the other interesting things that happen down here in Earth School!!! 🌎🏫

THANK YOU to those of you who LITERALLY reached out to ask us when our next episode would be up!! We needed the prod - and we’re so stoked that you get value out of the things we have to say 😌🙏🏽

As two women who have often struggled in their own ways to feel worthy or to speak up - letting us know that you get something out of us doing so means SO VERY much to us both 🫶
