Is it waterproof?
The TEQ-Life is rated IP67 which means it is waterproof - this is stronger than lower ratings such as IP65 and IP66 which is merely water-resistant. That means you can wear the TEQ-Life in the shower 🚿🛁

Do you need someone to come to the house to set up the TEQ-Life mobile safety alarm?
You don't because there's nothing to set up! It’s good to go straight out of the box. We’ll pre-programme it for you with your emergency contacts before we send it out, then all you need to do is plug it in to charge it.

Can the TEQ-Life detect wandering?
Yes it can! It has a positioning system so we can set up a geofence (a "safe area") and emergency contacts can be notified when the user wanders outside of a certain location or area.

We're often asked about the TEQ-Life's battery 🔋... YES the battery is rechargeable and the battery lasts around 40 hours between charges - more if you're in an urban area and less if you're in a rural area (it depends how hard it has to work to get signal).
