Testimonial Tuesday 💗

Nothing means more to us than hearing how Totally Fine Co. has helped someone feel clearer, more prepared and more confident in their healthcare.

This is why we do what we do 🤍

It’s not all in your head 🙌🙌

Join Olivia | Psychology Informed Behaviour Change and totally Fine Co at our workshop on the 25th October!
It’s all about navigating medical dismissal, how to prepare and advocate for yourself, and how to better understand your capacity when living with chronic illness.

We’ll also talk about recognising when your body needs you to slow down, setting boundaries during flares, and finding ways to make healthcare feel less overwhelming.

Tickets can be found via the link in our bio 🤍

Don’t forgot to check out our online workshop!

Have you ever left an appointment wondering if you explained yourself badly, asked for too much, or somehow got it all wrong?

It’s not all in your head!

Totally Fine Co and Within Reach are coming together for an online workshop about chronic illness, medical dismissal and healthcare anxiety.

We’ll explore how stress and anxiety can affect appointments, how to prepare and advocate for yourself, and how to better understand your capacity when living with chronic illness.

We’ll also talk about recognising when your body needs you to slow down, setting boundaries during flares, and finding ways to make healthcare feel less overwhelming.

This workshop is about practical tools, feeling more prepared, and understanding what is happening beneath the stress.

You’ll leave with practical strategies you can use before and during healthcare appointments, a clearer way to organise what you want to communicate, and a workbook to help you put what we cover into practice.

We are not sure what to feel today. But Mostly we are sad and we are angry....

We are angry that in 2026 women are still being hurt, violated, disbelieved and left to carry what happened to them in their bodies and minds long after the violence itself is over.

And we need to say something that apparently still needs saying.

Sexual violence is a women’s health problem.

It does not sit neatly outside healthcare.

It follows women into doctors’ rooms. Into pain clinics. Into gynaecology appointments. Into mental health care. Into chronic pain. Into the way we understand and experience our own bodies.

There may be people who think a women’s health business shouldn’t speak about r**e.

There may be people who are uncomfortable when we say it.

But R**E.

R**E.

R**E.

R**E.

It deserves to be uncomfortable.

It deserves to be confronting.

We have spent a lot of time building Totally Fine Co. thoughtfully. Trying to be balanced. Trying not to alienate people.

But there are things more important than optics.

More important than being palatable.

More important than business and money.

This is one of them.

We are not going to shrink what we think or what we stand for to make it easier to hear.

Sexual violence does not sit adjacent to women’s health.

It is women’s health!

And we have something to say about it. Read our full blog here - https://www.totallyfineco.com/blog/sexual-viloence-is-a-womens-health-problem-and-we-have-something-to-say

We listen.

We believe.

We support women.

If this brings something up for you, support is available.
