🦁 THE LION'S GATE PORTAL — 8/8

You'll see a lot of "the portal is open" posts today. Here's what's actually happening, and why it's worth paying attention to.

Leo season means the Sun is in its home sign right now, all confidence, creativity, main character energy. At the same time, Sirius (the brightest star after the Sun) becomes visible again in the dawn sky after weeks of being hidden, a return the ancient Egyptians built entire calendars around. And this week gives us the 8th month meeting the 8th day. In numerology, 8 is the number of abundance, personal power and balance, it's literally infinity standing upright.

The gate's actually been open since late July and stays open to mid-August. Today's the peak, not the only day that counts. So there's no rush and no magic deadline. Just a moment where the energy makes it easier to hear what you already know.

Whether you take it literally or symbolically, 8/8 is a good checkpoint to ask:

✨ What am I ready to release?
✨ What am I choosing now?
✨ Where am I being called to act with more courage?
✨ What would alignment actually look like in my real life?

I’m currently at the Royal Easter Show in Sydney, working inside the Royal Psychic Reading Room… and wow.

This experience has been something else.

So many people. So many stories. So much energy moving.

But what’s really stood out for me… is how I’ve been showing up.

This trip, I’ve been really honouring my connection to Spirit — through my morning and evening prayer, through being present, through trust.

Not rushing. Not forcing. Just allowing.

And I can feel the difference in every reading.

It’s deeper. Clearer. More connected.

Choose Yourself Today
