We’re taught from a young age to expect life to follow a specific script. Hit this milestone by this age, achieve that goal, land that outcome.…

And when life doesn’t unfold on our exact timeline, we get frustrated, disappointed, confused…We feel like we’ve been wronged because reality didn’t match our expectations.

But life’s magic isn’t in the neat, predictable outcomes. It’s in the plot twists. It’s in realising that your power was never in controlling the narrative or outcomes, it was always in controlling yourself… by pouring your energy into what you can crate today, than waiting for a life to happen to you ✨

You can’t control the timing, the external events, or how other people act. But you can control your energy, your boundaries, your self-talk, and your inner world. When you look for what’s wrong, your brain will gladly collect the evidence. But when you look for the beauty, you’ll find that too. The reality you experience is simply whichever one you choose to pay attention to ✨

When you stop trying to micromanage the outcome and start honoring what’s within your circle, everything changes 🦋

Which one on the “In My Control” list do you feel like focusing on most this week? Let me know👇

👉Mother wounds are rarely neat or isolated. It is entirely possible, and often the case, for these dynamics to overlap and intertwine.

Your relationship with your mother is likely a complex web of experiences, and these clusters of wounds aren’t personality traits or character flaws. They are relational dynamics, adaptive responses created by a nervous system doing its best to stay safe, loved, and connected in your childhood home.

✨ Human attachment is far more nuanced than what can ever fit into a few slides on a screen. ✨

The shift happens when you stop seeing these patterns as who you are, and start seeing them as ‘what you learned.’

It isn’t about blaming your mum or your past. Nor is it about trying to fix yourself, or her! 💜

You also don’t have to untangle years of conditioning overnight.

Simply noticing these patterns when they show up in your life, without judging or beating yourself up for them, is where the real work begins.

Would you like to understand your mother wound in more detail?

💜Comment or DM me “MOTHER” and I’ll send you a more detailed overview of these wounds—including how they can shape your self-worth, emotional patterns, feminine energy, and romantic relationships. 💜

Which of these patterns hit closest to home for you?

Baby boy has grown so much and watching my body transform has been such a beautiful and sacred experience ✨ I’m still in awe of what the feminine body is capable of and the way it creates, adapts, and carries a perfect new life.

Pregnancy has even further reminded me that our bodies are not something to constantly judge, fix, or control… they deserve to be honoured, trusted, and listened to 💛

And so I’ve been moving my body daily, because I love and appreciate it. It is carrying my baby and I want to support it and feel connected to it.

I have to say I genuinely love being pregnant so far, and this journey has been such a beautiful lesson in appreciating myself, surrendering, creating stronger boundaries, saying no and putting myself first.

It has also made me realise I need to take more videos and little moments to remember it all, because time is already flying by ☺️

Also… can we take a moment for these leggings? 😂 I can’t believe I’m still wearing the exact same outfit. The stretch is incredible and they’ve grown with me every step of this pregnancy🥰

There was a time when I believed I was simply
‘too sensitive.’

I overthought conversations. I found it easier to meet everyone else’s needs than to express my own. I worried more about other’s problems than myself. I sought validation in achievements.

It wasn’t until I began studying psychology, and later working with hundreds of women, that I realised these weren’t personality traits. They were protective patterns.

As children, we adapt in incredibly intelligent ways to feel safe, loved and accepted. We learn to stay quiet, overachieve, people-please, become independent too early, or take responsibility for everyone else’s emotions.

The problem is that those strategies often stay with us long after the circumstances that created them have changed.

The goal isn’t to become a different woman.

It is to stop expecting your partner, your friends, or anyone else to heal the parts of you that have been longing to feel chosen, loved, supported and seen.

✨When you begin giving yourself what you’ve spent years searching for in others, everything starts to change.

Your boundaries become clearer. Your relationships become healthier. And love no longer has to be earned.🫶

Which slide resonated with you the most? I’d love to
hear your thoughts in the comments.

👉If you’re ready to stop repeating the same relationship patterns and create the safe, healthy love you truly desire, I have a limited number of 1:1 sessions available over the next four weeks💜

We often treat our own needs as something to earn.
We’ll rest when everything is done.
We’ll slow down when things calm down.
We’ll ask for help when it gets really bad.

But honouring your needs isn’t a reward. It’s a skill ✨

The more you ignore what your body, emotions, and nervous system are telling you, the more disconnected you become from yourself.

Sometimes honouring your needs looks like taking action. Sometimes it looks like doing less.

Sometimes it means letting go of a timeline you created in your head and trusting that not everything needs to happen immediately.

Many women I’ve worked with struggle because they’re constantly overriding themselves — pushing through exhaustion, ignoring their feelings, saying yes when they mean no.

Over time, this creates resentment, burnout, anxiety, and a loss of self-trust and their feminine wisdom.

👉A small practice such as asking yourself a simple question can make lasting changes:

What do I need right now?

Not what everyone else needs from you.
Not what you think you should need.

What do you need?🫶

The more often you listen to that answer, the stronger your relationship with yourself becomes. ✨

What I’ve learned (both personally and through years of working with women) is that you can consciously want a healthy relationship… and still have parts of you that don’t feel safe in one. 💔

And when that gap hasn’t been addressed, love can often feel like confusion, repetition, or distance — no matter how much effort you put in.

This is why the work isn’t about chasing, attracting or manifesting love.

It’s about becoming aware of what’s been running underneath it… and gently, slowly changing that.

💖If you’re in a season where you’re noticing similar patterns in relationships, I currently have a small number of 1:1 session spaces available for a limited time.

🌸You can message me or comment “LOVE” and I’ll send you the details 🤍

There’s so much more to Feminine energy than just being soft…she is sovereignty in motion 🌊

Somewhere along the way, we were taught that being ‘in your feminine’ means being calm, quiet, agreeable, and endlessly receptive…Easy to be around. Easy to love. Easy to control.

But softness is only one slice of a woman.
The feminine is not one-dimensional. She is fluid, cyclical, powerful and deeply expressive 🔥

She can be soft… and she can be ferocious.
She can receive… and she can rise, speak, and set fire to what no longer serves her.

Her strength might not be in her muscles…
but it lives in her resilience.
In her bravery to keep going despite the hurdles.
In her determination.
In her voice when she speaks up.
In the way she protects what matters.
In her willingness to feel it all… and still rise ⚡️

✨ If you’re ready to understand your unique expression of feminine energy—
comment QUIZ and I’ll send you my Feminine Archetype Quiz to discover your personal blend. 🫶

When a woman chooses herself, by honouring her worth, investing in her inner world and no longer abandoning herself, everything around her begins to shift 🦋

Her standards.
Her relationships.
The way she loves.

And this is the work I feel so honoured to witness in my work : women healing, remembering who they are and rising into their feminine power ❤️‍🔥
Not through force, but through their softness.

Today I celebrate women everywhere — healing, rising, nurturing, creating and becoming, each in their own time and in their own way 🫶

Happy International Women’s Day. ✨

Happy birthday to my love ❤️
With you life feels like magic,
my forever lucky number 13. ✨

Can’t wait for all the chapters we’re yet to write together 👩‍❤️‍👨

A lot of the time, it’s about a man wanting to show that he’s capable, so that he can feel respected and valued, rather than being romantic intrinsically.

Many men enjoy leading and initiating when their effort is met with warmth and appreciation, not entitlement or expectation. And that response matters more than we women often realise.

When we soften into your feminine energy, we stop managing or mothering, and simply allow him to lead.

Even when he doesn’t get it perfectly right at times.

But that space is often what invites him to step up — willingly, and in his own way.

Because healthy masculine energy doesn’t respond to nagging, demands, or criticism…

It responds to inspiration. ❤️
