Her strength might not be in her muscles…
but it lives in her resilience.
In her bravery to keep going despite the hurdles.
In her determination.
In her voice when she speaks up.
In the way she protects what matters.

A lot of the time, it’s about a man wanting to show that he’s capable, so that he can feel respected and valued, rather than being romantic intrinsically.

Many men enjoy leading and initiating when their effort is met with warmth and appreciation, not entitlement or expectation. And that response matters more than we women often realise.

When we soften into your feminine energy, we stop managing or mothering, and simply allow him to lead.

Even when he doesn’t get it perfectly right at times.

But that space is often what invites him to step up — willingly, and in his own way.

Because healthy masculine energy doesn’t respond to nagging, demands, or criticism…

It responds to inspiration. ❤️

What happened in Bondi has shaken us — not just because of the violence, but because it happened in a country that has long symbolised safety an ease 🇦🇺

When something like this happens, our nervous systems often struggle to make sense of it. Shock, grief, fear, anger, numbness…all of these are normal human responses to something profoundly abnormal.

A gentle reminder in moments like these:

🩵You don’t need to watch every video or consume every update. Repeated exposure to violent or tragic content overwhelms the brain and keeps the nervous system in survival mode. Taking breaks is not avoidance, it’s self-protection.
🩵Talk to people you trust. Connection helps us regulate. At the same time, try not to get pulled into ‘this side vs that side’ arguments — they often create more emotional triggers, not healing…

If you’re feeling unsettled, anxious, heavy or disconnected, your system may simply be asking for regulation.

A few slow breaths.Movement.Grounding.Presence.

Taking care of your nervous system is not selfish, it’s how we stay regulated, empathetic, and able to hold one another through times like this.

My heart is with the victims, their loved ones, the witnesses, and everyone impacted by this tragedy.

Many women who grew up emotionally neglected learned to survive by minimising their needs. You became the caretaker, the achiever, the strong one — because somewhere along the way, you absorbed the belief that love had to be earned 💔

But here’s the truth I share with my clients 👉you can’t attract someone who honours your needs if you’ve abandoned them yourself.

✨Healing begins when you identify what those unmet needs were — safety, validation, affection, consistency …and start giving them to yourself.✨

When you do, your energy shifts. You stop being magnetised to emotional unavailability and start drawing in emotional maturity. You stop chasing love, and love begins meeting you where you are.

This is the essence of reparenting — healing the inner child who learned to settle for crumbs, and helping her remember she deserves a full meal🫶
