-How many times this week have you answered "Yeah, I'm fine!" while secretly feeling entirely depleted?

"Fine" isn't always fine. In fact, it might be a major warning sign. ⚠️

In my latest article, I dive into a pattern I’m seeing more and more frequently: Quiet Burnout. Unlike the classic, dramatic burnout that ends in a sudden breakdown, quiet burnout hides in plain sight.
-You’re still hitting deadlines.
-You’re still answering emails.
-You’re functioning perfectly on the outside.
But on the inside? Everything feels incredibly heavy. Left unaddressed, it slowly erodes our energy, our relationships, and our sense of self.

In the article, I break down:
The subtle signs of quiet burnout (like waking up exhausted even after a full night's sleep).
-The systemic root: Why our current work culture makes this a predictable response, not a personal flaw.
-The way out: Small, evidence-informed shifts to start turning things around today.

💬 I’d genuinely love to hear your thoughts below: When was the last time you felt truly rested, and not just "rested enough" to keep going?

-While our leaders spend their days debating political rivalries, corporate issues, and whose picture should be printed on new currency notes, a quiet, terrifying war is being fought in our streets, neighborhoods, and homes. Every single day, our daughters, sisters, and young boys are being assaulted, abused, and killed.

As a Psychologist, I look at our society and feel a deep, heavy grief. We often look back at history with horror specifically the pre-Islamic era of Jahiliyyah (the age of ignorance), when people buried their newborn daughters alive out of shame. But let’s look in the mirror. Today, we might not bury them in the dirt at birth, but by failing to keep them safe, we are burying their freedom, their childhoods, and their souls alive. What good is economic progress if our children are not safe walking to the local shop?

If this violence does not stop, we are heading toward total societal collapse. We are raising a generation of children who are constantly terrified, anxious, and broken.

The ruling elite will not fix this because their own children are being raised safely in the West, where human rights are protected, and human lives have value. They do not feel your terror. If you have the means, pick up your children and leave before it is too late. Pack your bags before the next headline is about your daughter, your son, or your sister found dead at the hands of these sick-minded people. It breaks my heart to say this about my own country, but saving your children’s lives and sanity must come before patriotism. The time for empty hope is over.

-When I look at the tragic killing of 9-year-old Australian Hania Ahmed in Pakistan, I see deep psychological wounds that no surgery can fix. This isn't just an isolated headline, it is a community-wide trauma that has hit millions of overseas Pakistanis right in the chest.

Parents are looking at their kids and feeling a heavy wave of anxiety. In this article, I break down the unseen mental health toll of this tragedy:
🔹 Betrayal Trauma: The severe psychological shock that happens when the police, the very people who are supposed to protect your life, are the ones who open fire.
🔹 Survivor’s Guilt: The painful, endless mental loop confronting a grieving mother who wasn't in the car.

We cannot let the authorities sweep this under the rug as a simple mistake. True accountability means looking directly at the broken system that pulled the trigger!

-She left home and never came back! 💔

Eshal Fatima was 17 years old. A college student. A daughter. Gone in four days.

But this article is not just about her death, it’s about everything that made it possible. The grooming we don’t talk about. The medical reports we’re told to trust. The justice system that fails our daughters again and again. The silence of bystanders. The conversations parents are afraid to have.

Read this if you are a parent. Read this if you are a young woman. Read this if you are a young man, especially if you are a young man!!

We don’t just need justice for Eshal. We need a society that stops producing her story! 🙏🏼

Share this. Someone needs to read it today. 🖤
