Flow not Force. There is indeed a time and a place for force and grit.
Grit in particular is one the of the attributes we must continue to hone. But to continue to "Force" and "Grind" each and every second of every day to force a round peg through a square hole in the aim of achievement or status. That is not the answer. How can we make life easier and lighter- to fulfil your full potential. Flow is key to contentment. To daily happiness, and yes, to progress.
I promise all jocks were worn in this marvelous onsen. Maybe.
