She has dedicated her life to mastering Cognitive and Behavioral Science; with a special passion for Epigenetics. She has developed her natural gifts to positively hold the frequency of humanity. Sound frequency affects healing in the body
because sound is part of our expression.
⁣
Through our voice,
we move energy.
⁣
The tongue is an extension
of the central nervous system.
What we speak does not end at the lips
it travels inward.
⁣
The sounds we make,
the words we choose,
shape our outward world.
⁣
Words of anger can cut deeply.
Words of love can help others rise.
⁣
But every word also returns to us.
⁣
It imprints on the central nervous system,
vibrates through the body,
and settles into the tissues as memory,
emotion,
and belief.
⁣
Our vocal external world
is mirrored in our internal world.
What we speak becomes what we feel.
What we repeat becomes what we carry.
⁣
This is cause and effect.
Our words shape outcomes
in others
and in ourselves.
⁣
Let our words be chosen with awareness and intention.
Let our voices become an instrument of healing,
not the propagation of pain.

You gave the gift of unconditional love
without boundaries
and without self-worth
because you could see
the part of them
that desired it
and deserved it.

You gave
until you no longer existed.
⠀
They took it for granted,
abused it,
and ultimately rejected it
because they could see
the part of you
that did not yet value
who you are.
⠀
They were only focused on survival.
⠀
That was the lesson.
And this was the gift.
⠀
For them, love without judgement is rare.
Potent in its giving,
it can reach even the most protected of hearts.
⠀⠀
And now, with a free heart,
they have a choice
to repeat the pattern of survival
or to grow beyond it
and experience a love
that is meant for them, whole.

For you, the gift was different.
You lost yourself in the giving.
⠀
And in rebuilding,
you finally saw your value.
⠀
Now you love yourself.
Now you have the courage
and the confidence
to love again unconditionally
from a place of value,
self-respect,
and boundaries,
ensuring your kind of love
is given only to those
who can truly hold it.

When love and trauma collide,
value is not measured
in the experience itself.
⠀
You are two sides of the same coin.
One learns to love deeply
because love was never given freely.
The other learns to reject love
because they were made to believe
they did not deserve it.

These roles are not defined by gender,
but by what was learned about love and safety.

Value is revealed
in what each person chooses
after the experience has ended
to repeat the pattern
or to heal.

“The Work I’m Here to Do”

I am a writer, channel, and guide working at the intersection of consciousness, creation, and human evolution.

I’ve been a clairvoyant and energy practitioner since childhood, with over 30 years immersed in spiritual work, ancestral healing, and consciousness studies. I hold a Master’s in Genealogical Trauma, and much of my work involves channeling from higher consciousness, ancestral lines, and subtle realms to support clarity, healing, and embodied transformation.

My specialist areas include epigenetics and neurodivergence, with a particular focus on how inherited trauma, sensitivity, and perception shape the human experience.

I hold the perspective that neurodivergent individuals play a vital role in humanity’s evolution often revealing where the collective has become overstimulated, desensitised, or disconnected from its own inner intelligence.

My work now centres around the Life Creation Series a living manual for self-fulfilment. This body of work supports individuals to release inherited patterns, step out of survival and performance, and consciously create lives aligned with their soul’s intelligence ultimately leading toward enlightenment.

I offer group channeled work through energetic containers, as well as private 1:1 sessions for those called into deeper, immersive work. Some offerings are freely accessible, while others are held as paid containers, including The Goddess Council, Deliverance, and private sessions. Each space is created with depth, precision, and energetic integrity.

I travel intentionally, immersing myself in cultures around the world. The world itself is my teacher offering lived understanding of humanity, rhythm, beauty, and contrast that no single location could provide. This movement deeply informs both my writing and my work.

My writing, articles, essays, and an upcoming book explores consciousness, imagination, love, trauma, and evolution, bridging the mystical and the human in language that is grounded, poetic, and precise.

I wasn’t meant to be here for Christmas — my plans changed at the last minute.

I was lucky enough to celebrate our own Christmas with my gorgeous kids and family back in November, and I’m so grateful for that time.

But because of the change in plans, I am here, and for the first time I won’t be seeing my children over the official Christmas period, as they’ll be in Brisbane.

It’s made me pause and really reflect.

This time has opened my heart to a deeper awareness of all the ways absence can be felt at Christmas — not only by parents separated from their children, but by anyone missing a family member, a loved one, a soul who should be at the table but isn’t.

Loss is often felt quietly throughout the year, but at Christmas it can be magnified, more tender, more acute.

Whether through distance, circumstance, estrangement, or grief, these spaces are real and they are felt deeply.

It’s also given me a deeper awareness of those parents who don’t have a choice at all about seeing their children — not just at Christmas, but ever.

I can only imagine how deeply that must hurt, especially during a season meant to be about connection, family, and love.

If that’s you — in any form — please know you’re not unseen.

I’m sending so much love, compassion, and strength to all parents, families, and hearts navigating separation, distance, or loss this Christmas season.

✨ What Are Your Values for 2026? ✨
As we step into a new year, one of the most powerful things you can do is get clear on your values.
Your values guide your behaviour, shape your decisions, and keep you aligned with the life you’re actually trying to create.
Without them, you’re moving without direction—making fulfilment and success so much harder to sustain.
🙌 Values + Goal Setting 🙌
When you set goals for 2026, make sure they’re not:
🔹 In conflict with each other
🔹 Driven by trauma responses
I see this all the time. Values are deeply psychological—they often reflect what we want from others, not what we truly want for ourselves.
In a transactional world, it’s easy to choose values based on “What can I get?” instead of “Who do I want to be?”
Common Trauma Values (disguised as healthy ones):
🔺 Respect
If it was missing in childhood, we chase it endlessly as adults.
The result? Anger when we don’t receive it—and anger when the pattern repeats.
🔺 Loyalty
This is often the shadow side of people-pleasing.
It feels noble, but if it costs you your boundaries, voice, or energy, it’s not a value—it’s a survival strategy.
Becoming aware of these trauma values helps you choose values that support your growth instead of repeating old wounds.
Your Values Are Unique
Your true values support all four quadrants of your life.
They become the foundation for joy, stability, fulfilment, and resilience.
They help you:
• Stay grounded through transitions
• Track your progress
• Navigate setbacks
• Define success long before the external results arrive
This is why values matter—they hold you steady while your goals unfold.

The discovery of a profound connection with another human, beyond the traditional concept of a soul mate, reveals a deeper layer of intimacy.

This bond transcends the soul, igniting the entire human system—mentally, emotionally, and physiologically.
