Take a video tour of our welcoming Supported Independent Living home at 32 Pagett Road, Carrum Downs.

This spacious and modern home currently has capacity for the right participant, offering:

💙 Shared support from Monday to Thursday
💙 More individualised support arrangements from Thursday to Sunday
💙 Consistent 24/7 support
💙 Suitability for participants with low to medium behaviours of concern
💙 Comfortable shared living spaces and a private outdoor area

Looking for a supportive place to stay in Carrum Downs? 🏠

This Way Support currently has SIL and respite availability at our 32 Pagett Road home, with flexible options depending on the participant’s needs.

The home offers:

• Shared supports Monday–Thursday
• More individualised accommodation Thursday–Sunday, with no shared supports currently required
• Emergency and short-notice respite availability
• 24/7 support available

The most important thing to us is finding the right match.

We want participants to feel comfortable in the home, comfortable with the people around them and supported by staff who understand their individual needs.

This Way Support currently has flexible SIL and respite capacity at our modern home in Carrum Downs.

We’re looking to connect with participants, families and support coordinators who may be searching for the right accommodation and support fit.

Our current availability includes:

• Monday–Thursday: Shared living and support arrangement
• Thursday–Sunday: Capacity for a more individualised accommodation and support arrangement without shared supports
• Emergency respite: Short-notice and emergency respite referrals currently considered
• 24/7 support available

For shared arrangements, we take the time to consider the participant’s personality, support needs and compatibility with the existing household.

We don’t simply fill vacancies. Our focus is on finding arrangements that are genuinely appropriate for the participant, the household and the support team.
