A little overview of how I can support ✨

My work is centred around connection, emotional wellbeing and creating support that actually feels doable in everyday life.

I work with children, young people and families across 1:1 support, workshops and consultancy - always in a way that is gentle, trauma-informed and personalised.

If this feels aligned or you’d like to know more, feel free to DM me ✨

Balance isn’t just about standing on one foot 🧘‍♀️✨

Through this simple practice we learn to:
• Stay calm when things feel wobbly
• Focus our minds and bodies
• Build confidence by trying again
• Trust ourselves

More than we think!! When children are allowed to climb, balance and test their limits, they’re learning how their bodies work, how to judge safety and how to make decisions for themselves.

These small moments build confidence, resilience and problem-solving skills that support them well beyond the playground. Children learn that wobbling is okay, trying again matters and asking for help is part of learning.

When adults stay nearby, calm and encouraging (instead of rushing in), children grow trust in themselves and their abilities ✨✨
