Looking for a keynote speaker that will truly speak from the heart?

Share experiences that every woman will nod their head to?

Explain the science and why we feel the way we do?

Leave your audience inspired and empowered ready to take action on their wellbeing?

This year, women's health week theme is "Do It Anyway" encouraging women to take small steps towards your health. This keynote focusses on this exact topic that is very close to my heart.

It runs 7th-11th Sept 2026. To book me for a keynote at your workplace, send me a message.

Did you know women work on average 4 hrs 31 min every day unpaid? Yet we feel guilty when we can't fit our wellbeing into our busy schedules!

In my keynote, "Busy and Burnout Proof" I share my lived experience (my most recent one, just last week, see my post), and the micro-tools we can weave in without finding the 25th hour in the day!

It's only one month to go until Women's Health Week (7th-11th Sept 2026). I look forward to connecting with audiences across Australia on this topic that is very close to my heart.

If you are looking for a keynote speaker for women's health week this year, reach out, I would love to talk.

Tradies National Health Month is here! Throughout August I am delivering TEN POINT TUNE UP toolbox talks right across Australia.

Last year I spoke for men and women in trades. Some of these were at 5am for traffic controllers, 7am for council workers, 6pm for night shift city cleaners and gardeners.

My TEN POINT TUNE UP talk can be delivered in depots, lunch rooms, training rooms, town halls, footy clubs and community centres.

It includes tips for exercise, nutrition, sleep, social connections, mental health, community, PPE, smoking & va**ng, health screening checks.

Are you ready to support your tradies' health? Reach our for available dates.

Last week I had the privilege of presenting my research into employee wellbeing in primary industry. The findings included:

-High smoking & va**ng rates
-Poor mental health
-Low vegetable intake combined with high caffeine and sugar intake

In response to these findings, I have developed resources to help protect against these risks and enhance physical and mental wellbeing. Assets created are "how to" guides for organisations and employee e-learning modules and downloadable fact sheets. Topics we support are:

-Quit Smoking & Va**ng
-Healthy Eating & Drinking
-Protect & enhance mental wellbeing

7 years ago, out of the black summer bushfires and lockdowns, I launched wellbeing seminars under my new company Corporate Wellbeing Hub.

At the time I was the Wellbeing Lead for Johnson & Johnson, deep in the crisis management team, protecting physical and mental wellbeing for 1500 employees across Australia and New Zealand.

But I knew there were companies out there that did not know how to support their employees. So I started with wellbeing seminars. I knew I had landed on something that felt right, that truly made a difference.

7 years on, my passion and purpose are unwavering. To uplift wellbeing one person a time.

Today I provide wellbeing seminars, wellbeing and psychosocial safety programs, keynotes, industry research and a wellbeing learning hub.

If you would like to join me on my mission to uplift employee wellbeing, I am now open to partner with new clients. Send me a message and we'll chat.

What 24 hours in ED taught me on the eve of International Selfcare Day.

Firstly, I got the all clear. Just a suspected cardiac event. I am now very happy to be home and well.

What started as a GP appointment, turned into 2 ambulances, 2 hospitals, 12 "eye opening" hours sitting in the ED waiting room overnight.

Medical staff are brilliant. The nurses are working in a broken system. I watched them get abused over and over again. Some people sat in that room for 18 hours waiting for a bed. They never faulted. They were respectful, caring, unwavering. Thank you to every nurse and doctor looking after us in our time of need. We appreciate you. 🙏

Anyone who knows me or has heard me speak, knows that I am a huge selfcare advocate. I practice what I preach. I eat well, exercise, don't smoke, rarely drink, speak up, check in, tap out. I see my GP regularly, get all my screenings done, I prioritise my selfcare and wellbeing.

I've noticed lately that is gets a bit harder with age. My body is ageing, my risk factors go up, my responsibilities get bigger and harder. My health and fitness used to be so easy. It came naturally. Now it takes effort. It requires a very strong and clear intention to look after myself.

Today on International Selfcare Day, join me in taking a pause. Let's reflect on our health, our routines and our selfcare. What can we tweak? What can we let go of? What can we make time for?

The Global Self-care Federation recognises self-care as the forefront of prevention. Prevent diseases. Detect early. Improve quality of life. Avoid unnecessary interventions.

I am taking a long weekend to catch up on sleep. See you next week.

These are the two opening slides in my signature keynote.

Is anyone here busy? Too many balls in the air? Doing all the things?

Anyone drowning? Are you EVERYTHING FOR EVERYONE? Have you ever felt like you don’t have any time for yourself?

The audience giggles at the images.

Then it lands.

We dive into the research of the invisible mental load. The 4.5 hours of unpaid work women in Australia do every day. The mothers with kids under 15 doing 47 hours unpaid work per week, often on top of paid work.

In my "Busy & Burnout Proof" keynote I share evidence based micro-tools that fit into busy schedules without finding a 25th hour in the day.

In a week's time, on Fri 24th July, it's International Selfcare Day. Whilst I teach selfcare as a daily non-negotiable habit, Friday will make a great day to promote wellbeing at your workplace.

Three things workplaces can do that genuinely move the needle:

1. Model it from the top. When leaders take their leave, log off on time, and talk openly about their own boundaries, it gives everyone else permission to do the same.

2. Build recovery and micro-breaks into the workday. Protected lunch breaks, meeting-free blocks, and realistic workloads. People can't self-care their way out of a culture of constant urgency.

3. Make support easy to find and easy to use. Your wellbeing resources only help if people actually know it exists and feel safe using it. Talk about it often, not just once a year.

What is working well in your workplace? Let me know in comments.
