And it was unlike anything we’ve ever experienced before.

The first thing to say is - we are SO DAMN LUCKY to have each other. When we say Sangha; a community in which we grow, it’s felt.

So much love ❤️ for everyone who turned up for this and trusted us to hold you in this cosy moment, which is really special because it will last a lifetime.

Shall we do it again?

To the incredible artists who come here, and give so much of them and create these worlds for us Michael Rose what a journey. And to think this is only chapter 1 📕 🥲

Some Saturdays are worth slowing down for.

Some experiences ask you to watch.

This one asks you to listen.

Not just with your ears,
but with the part of you that has been waiting for the world to become quiet enough to hear itself again.

For one afternoon, Artful Yoga Gallery becomes a listening room.

Michael Rose weaves evolving ambient sound through live instruments and textured layers of different worlds.

Neha Kumar guides a meditation through channeled spoken word, inviting you beyond thought and into the felt experience of sound.

No performance.
No expectation.
Just two hours to remember what presence feels like.

Because sometimes healing isn’t found in finding the right words.

It’s found in finally becoming quiet enough to hear what has always been there.

For those that need a place for slowing down, a little reprieve. In a cosy setting that’s both comfortable and inspiring. Maybe you just need to chat and have some human connection, our doors are open.

The gallery is open Tuesday - Sundays 11am-4pm to the public.

You can bring a book/ your own art to create in the space or anything else that inspires you to slow down.

We’ve had a the absolute honour to host an exhibition that was turned away by many other galleries because of their own reasons for which we respect.

But our freedom means we can use art to evoke our feelings and our stories.

This is the last weekend to view this incredible exhibition by Palestinian AND Jewish artists who are uniting in hopes that the world does too.
Uniting in efforts to spread the message that we must stop war now.
That we don’t give up.

It’s been over 1000 days of war in Gaza, and yes many other countries around the world too unfortunately are at war too.

We are the privileged ones who have it all and the least we can do is allow their voices to be heard and also to choose our own actions of what we wish to do about it.

We hope we do all we can.

Please visit this group exhibition of 10+ artists from the Gaza Strip. Only their digital works are available for purchase with proceeds going back to all of them.

This special session invites you into a deeply embodied journey where meditation, sound, movement and presence open doorways to expanded awareness and emotional release.

Guided meditation and yoga, live performance weaved workshops with storytelling work together to gently access the subconscious — the place where unprocessed emotions, old narratives, and quiet longings often live.

The body is given permission to release what it has been holding.
This is not about forcing breakthroughs.
It’s about creating safety for truth to arise.
