I Heal 4 Her…
The little girl who had to be strong when she needed to be held.
Who tried to be perfect to feel worthy.
Who learned to put everyone else first.
Who thought love had to be earned.
Who carried things no child should have had to carry.
If I could sit beside her today, I’d take her little hand and whisper…
“You made it, sweetheart. Look at you. I’m so proud of you.
You survived the days you thought would break you. You kept going when you felt alone. You found the courage to become the woman we needed.
You don’t have to prove your worth anymore. You don’t have to make everyone happy. You don’t have to earn love by giving every piece of yourself away.
You are allowed to rest. You are allowed to say no. You are allowed to choose yourself.
I’m here now. I’ve got you. And from this moment on, I promise we won’t abandon ourselves just to be accepted by others.
You were always worthy, little one. I just wish you’d known it sooner.
We made it. And our story is far from over. 🤍”
