Upside Xmas Party at .leisure

It was great to get the team together and send off 2025 with some highly competitive bowling. While the competition may now have been elite it was definitely close.

Our newest addition to the team, Hayley, took out the first game and tied for the win in the second to take the chocolates for the night. Manni provided the first strike of the night, Tim's technique might need some tweaking and Daniel + Armina's trash talk didn't make it past the first frame.

Welcome back, Tim! 🎉

We're thrilled to announce that Tim has returned to Upside Health & Movement as a fully qualified Clinical Myotherapist.

Some of you might remember Tim from last year, where he spent his final year of his health science degree doing placement hours at Upside Health & Movement.

During this time, he gained invaluable experience working alongside Daniel, our head Myotherapist. He honed his skills in various treatment techniques and learned how to effectively diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.

Tim's dedication and passion for his craft were evident throughout his placement, and we're delighted to have him back as a fully qualified Clinical Myotherapist.

Tim's availability is:
Monday - 8am to 3pm
Tuesday - 1pm to 8pm
Saturday - 8am to 2pm
