For my hamstrings, I love lifting my leg up on our trampoline,holding for 20secs ,swap leg and repeat .
Do you remember to warm up before exercise and stretch afterwards? It helps reduce the risk of injury, if muscles are cold and stiff before exercise , the chances of injury increase. Warming up increases blood flow and oxygen to the muscles, making them more pliable and less likely to tear or strain.

Yes, you can book in for a massage to loosen your tight muscles up , but you can’t do that everyday ? So remember to love your body and it will love you back, warm up, stretch , foam roll, spiky massage ball every day and book in at least once a fortnight or a month for maintenance massages💆💆♀️🙌
