🌿 At Evergreen, we are passionate about empowering people with disabilities to live fulfilling lives, build independence and achieve their personal goals.

We are looking to onboard a Behaviour Support Practitioner to work alongside our growing team and help us provide quality, person-centred supports to our NDIS participants.

We are seeking someone who shares our values of compassion, respect, inclusion and understanding, and who is committed to supporting participants to achieve positive outcomes.

What we’re looking for:
🌿A suitably qualified Behaviour Support Practitioner
🌿 Experience in supporting people with diverse and complex needs
🌿 A commitment to person-centred, positive behaviour support
🌿 Someone who values collaboration with support workers, families and other professionals
🌿 genuine passion for improving the lives of people with disabilities

* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current First Aid and CPR
* Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport

This Friday, the Bacchus Marsh SES are holding their Golf Day Fundraiser, followed by the Twilight Town Gathering from 4pm to 8pm at The Wedge, Maddingley, and we’d love to see our community get behind them. 💚🌿

The SES crew do an incredible amount for our local community, often dropping everything to help others when they need it most. You never know when you, a family member, a friend or a neighbour might be the one needing their help, so we’re very proud to support them.

There are plenty of ways to get involved. Sign up for the golf tournament, head down to the Twilight Town Gathering for food trucks, live music, the mini market and kids activities, or simply grab a raffle ticket and help raise some much needed funds.

Raffle tickets available at our Ray White Bacchus Marsh office at 5 Gell Street for $10 each, so pop in and grab yours before Friday!

It’s a little way we can all give back to a group of people who give so much to Bacchus Marsh, while having a bit of fun at the same time.

Supporting the people who are always there when our community needs them 🧡

Evergreen Abilities Support Services is seeking a reliable and experienced female Support Worker for an ongoing Friday shift in Melton/Harkness.
Position Details
Location: Melton / Harkness
Day: Every Friday
Hours: 6-hour shift

Position: Ongoing
Support: Community access and transport to and from appointments
About the Role
The successful applicant will support a client with community access and appointments, including providing safe and reliable transport and assistance during outings and appointments.
We are looking for someone who is:
Reliable and punctual
Caring and professional
Confident supporting clients in the community
Comfortable driving clients to and from appointments
Experienced in disability support
Respectful and person-centred

Requirements
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid and CPR
Current Police Check
Working with Children Check, where applicable
Current driver's licence
Reliable, insured vehicle suitable for transporting a client
Previous disability support experience preferred

A very special thank you to the beautiful team at Magical Pony Rides for helping us make Evergreen just a little bit more magical today.

And to our gorgeous little Patches… thank you for making these two beautiful ladies SO incredibly happy.

The smiles, the giggles, the excitement and the pure joy on their faces were absolutely priceless. Watching them spend time with Patches and seeing how much happiness such a beautiful little pony can bring is exactly what Evergreen is all about.

These are the moments we want to create beautiful memories, genuine connection and lots of little moments of happiness that stay with you long after the day is over.

Thank you, Magical Pony Rides, for sharing your beautiful Patches with us and helping us make Evergreen such a special place. We are so grateful.
