What's the one thing I wish women knew?

You do not need a perfect routine before you tell people that you're taking care of yourself.

So many women come into my clinic feeling as though they're failing because they can't maintain the perfect exercise plan, the perfect diet or the perfect morning routine.

The reality is that most of us are trying to navigate work, family, relationships, changing hormones, unexpected life events and the simple fact that we're human.

In many cases, the simple sense of being understood, respected, and supported alone can be one of the most meaningful parts of their care.
