I hear it all the time in my sessions, clients say: “Oh no Jude, I really take care of myself!”

And then she tells me she hasn’t had a proper lunch in weeks. She drives everyone everywhere. She answers every message within two minutes. And at night she lies there exhausted, wondering why she feels so empty.

Then Spirit said: If you really had self-love, you would be on top of your to-do list.

Self-love isn’t a bubble bath once a month.
It’s being as kind to yourself as you are to everyone else.
So this week, look into your schedule. Is there time for you?
If you’re not on there, put yourself at the top. One thing. A walk. A cuppa you actually drink while it’s hot.

If there's someone you haven't spoken to in a long time, here or passed, just notice how that sits in your body today. Your throat, your tummy, your chest. No fixing. Just noticing.
One small step. That's all.
