In the spiritual depths of your heart, you can experience a love that is more than preference or attachment. This is the love that inspires, energises and moves us to create – even beyond what we once thought was possible. Your need to feel alive and express yourself, and the quest for that which is truly fulfilling … these are the sacred instincts urging you to rebel against fear and embrace soulful passion.

The mind sees, plans and strategizes. The heart feels, responds, senses and intuits. When we walk the path of the heart, we must feel and respond rather than plan our way. This way is not for those who are lacking in courage and trust, but you are not one of those! You are being asked to trust your heart, and to drop into it. The mind is important, but it cannot supplant the heart.

Deep within, you know what to do and you know what is true. It matters not whether the mind and its plans seems to agree with your inner sense. Let your heart lead you.

What are you saying YES to? And what are you ready to say NO to? ✨
After teaching yoga this beautiful Saturday morning, I felt inspired to pull an oracle card.

In class today we explored a theme I’ve been working with recently with my teacher, Denise Linn — becoming conscious of what we’re saying yes to in our lives, and what we’re ready to say no to. ♥️

We explored intention, alignment and tuning into the wisdom of the body, followed by a little guided Soul Journey to connect with the direction we want to move towards.

And because today is the 8/8 Lion’s Gate, I thought I’d have a little fun with an oracle card afterwards. 🦁✨
