A room with intention.
A place with purpose.
An experience they won’t forget.

Some gatherings deserve more than a venue. They deserve a space that invites people to pause, connect and share something meaningful.

At THERAPY™, bring your people together over beautiful food, thoughtful surroundings and experiences that take them beyond the everyday.

Private celebrations. Christmas parties. Corporate events. Brand activations.

Make space for connection. Create something worth remembering.

Training hard. Recovering slowly?
Still rebuilding your stamina after long COVID?

Meet ReOxy.

Personalised oxygen conditioning, delivered while you rest.

Through a mask, ReOxy alternates lower-oxygen and oxygen-enriched air. Intelligent biofeedback tracks your oxygen levels and pulse, adjusting every cycle to your response.

IHHT has been studied alongside exercise in athletes experiencing overtraining and alongside rehabilitation in people with long COVID, with improvements in exercise tolerance reported.

At THERAPY™, we assess your suitability and where ReOxy fits into your recovery plan.

A busy mind. A body that can’t switch off. You deserve space to be understood.

At THERAPY™, we bring mental and physical health together in a calm, welcoming setting in Eltham.

Whether you’re navigating overwhelm, emotional challenges, or questions about attention and focus, care starts with understanding you.

Bookings available now for:
• Provisional psychologist appointments
• ADHD assessments
• Exomind TMS consultations

What is Exomind TMS?
Exomind uses repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, or rTMS. A device positioned against the scalp delivers magnetic pulses to stimulate targeted areas of the brain. It is a non-invasive treatment, delivered while you’re awake, with clinical screening required to determine whether it is suitable for you.

Our team will explain the treatment, potential benefits and risks, and how it may fit within your care plan.

Explore psychological support alongside neurofeedback and our tailored NeuroSuite experiences, with each service considered around your individual needs.

Take the next step towards understanding your mind.

Book at yourtherapy.au or message us for appointment availability.

This feels a little surreal..

Last week Forbes Australia shared our story, and the thinking behind THERAPY™.

What started as an idea to do things differently has grown into an ecosystem centred around the whole person, bringing mental health, physical health and the nervous system together in a more connected approach to care.

I’m incredibly proud of how far we’ve come. But while my name may be on the article, THERAPY has never been about one person.

It takes a village.

To the team beside me who have believed in the vision, helped shape it and bring it to life every day, I appreciate you more than you know. Thank you.

There is still so much more we want to do.

We’re just getting started.

Thank you Forbes Australia for sharing our story.
