✨Bliss-filled Birthday✨

Today I chose presence over pressure. Rest over rushing. Self-care over shoulds.

Another year around the sun, and I’m honouring it the way I teach - by slowing down, listening inward, and filling my own cup first. Reiki, stillness, gratitude, and sacred me-time… because when we tend to our own energy, everything else flows more gently 🌿

May this next year be guided, grounded, and deeply aligned. Take this post as a reminder to you too - You don’t need a reason to rest, your being is enough 💕
