INTRODUCING ... Dr Pukar Thapa to Sapphire Clinic

We are so excited to be able to welcome Dr Thapa to the Clinic as the new Principal General Practitioner.
Commencing Monday 21st September, we are now taking appointments for his existing patients from Main Street Medical.
We are hoping to make this transition as smooth as possible.

Dear Patients,
With much consideration and reflection, I have made the difficult decision to retire on 17th September 2026.
This decision comes after many rewarding years in medicine which has brought me immense joy and fulfillment.
Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to providing compassionate care and unwavering support to my patients.
The relationships I have built with my patients and colleagues are cherished memories I will carry into the next chapter of my life.
Following my retirement and whilst seeking a replacement GP, Sapphire Clinic will remain open as a Specialist Centre.
For continuity of care, please complete a 'Medical Records Transfer Request' at your chosen GP/Practice for your records to be forwarded.

Practices currently taking new patients are:
* Tura Beach Medical Centre
* Pambula Medical Centre
* Curalo Medical Centre
* Eden Medical Centre
* Smith Street Medical Centre (opening September)

Tomorrow, Friday 10th July 2026, marks the end of Dr Corin Miller's
time with us here at Sapphire Clinic. We are grateful for her time with us since 2019 & wish Corin all the best with her future endeavours at Pambula Medical Centre 🌺🫶
