A winter indulgence for the massage fans.
Getting massaged in a warm room, a heated table, Hot towels is already expected. Last year I added an additional luxury to the winter massage. The Thai Herbal Compression ball!! A fine muslin cloth filled with warm and comforting spices and herbs, Steamed so all the natural essential oils blend and cover the skin with a rolling motion of the ball over the body. The fragrance is amazing. the feel of the oils on the skin just takes the massage to the next level.. Limited Time for Winter Only.

Over the winter time I am going to post ideas that you can do to better the mobility and maintaining of body parts. Incase you have a pathology in the areas covered check with a GP or practitioner to see if these right for you.
