I am sooo excited! x some teachers feel like coming home to your sacred best friend, and Tania 💛 is certainly one of those people.

We're so happy to welcome her back to Sundance Studio and back to the north for a brief visit.

Join Tania for a beautiful evening of Yin Yoga on Wednesday 29th July at 6:30pm. It will be a gentle opportunity to slow down, reconnect and explore practices that support nervous system balance and deepen awareness of the body's subtle energy.

If you've practised with Tania before, you'll know what a special teacher she is. If you haven't, this is the perfect class to experience her knowledge in the body in a calm, grounded approach.
