Join me for our very first Myofascial Release Class on Saturday 27 June at 9:00am. We’ll focus on releasing tightness and stress through the neck, shoulders, and upper back using foam rollers, massage balls, and gentle release techniques.

This class is designed to help improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and leave you feeling lighter, looser, and more relaxed.

This weekend I’m attending my Myofascial Release Course and I’m so excited to start bringing what I’m learning into the studio! ✨

Bookings will be opening soon for our very first Myofascial Release Class on Saturday 27th June.

This first session will focus on the shoulders, neck and back—areas where so many of us hold tension from work, stress, exercise and everyday life. The aim is to help you release tightness, improve mobility and leave feeling lighter and more relaxed.

This is just the beginning! I’ll be introducing a variety of release-focused classes targeting different areas of the body to help improve movement, reduce tension and support your overall wellbeing.

📢 Timetable Update for This Week 📢

Classes will look a little different this week as I’m heading to Melbourne to complete a course and continue expanding my knowledge so I can bring even more to our studio and your classes. I’m excited to share what I learn with you all over the coming weeks!

🗓 This week’s changes:

❌ No classes on Wednesday

✅ Thursday classes:
• 4:00pm Reformer Pilates - Strength
• 5:00pm Reformer Pilates - Strength

💜 Our lovely instructor Isabelle will be teaching Thursday afternoons classes while I’m away.

All classes will return to normal from next Monday.

Thank you for your understanding and support as I continue learning and growing to provide the best experience possible for our members.

Stay tuned—I’ll be sharing more about the course and how it will benefit your training when I return!

We’ve made some exciting additions and changes to our schedule!

We’re now offering Mobility & Movement as a permanent class on our timetable, running Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am. This class is designed to help improve joint mobility, reduce stiffness, and support better quality movement in everyday life.

We’re also introducing our new Mix Up class on Thursday afternoons, where the format rotates weekly between Circuit, Strength, and Jump. Each week is a surprise — just show up and see what you’ll get!
