Our social activities offer parents a relaxed way to get out, connect with others and enjoy something for their own wellbeing, with little ones welcome to come along for the ride.

Alongside our programs of support, you’ll find activities like playgroups, craft, yoga and more.

We’re excited to share that we’ve been busy behind the scenes getting our new Peach Tree space ready! 🍑🏡

To give our team some time to unpack & settle into the new space, there will be some disruptions to our timetable - Bumps n Babies & Craft will be cancelled on Wednesday 2nd September, ThursYAY will be cancelled on Thursday 3rd September ✨

Our usual timetable will resume on Tuesday 8th September at our new location:

It covers the emotional, mental and social wellbeing of parents through pregnancy, birth and the early years of parenthood.

Becoming a parent is a major life transition. Changes to relationships, identity, sleep, finances and daily life can all have an impact, alongside experiences with birth, feeding, isolation, grief or mental health challenges.
