Post Cancer Treatment Recovery Program

Have you recently completed, or are you nearing the end of, chemotherapy treatment?

The Mount Gambier & Districts Health Service is offering a FREE Post Cancer Treatment Recovery Program to help you transition into recovery with practical advice and support.

📅 Sessions: Monday 10 August or Monday 14 September
🕙 Time: 10:00 am – 2:30 pm
📍 Locations: Mount Gambier & Districts Health Service or Kingston Soldiers Memorial Hospital

Learn about managing fatigue, nutrition, physical activity, emotional wellbeing, sleep, and returning to everyday life after treatment.
